Job description, responsibilities and duties

Amazon Business team in Bratislava is growing and we are looking for a skilled people manager to lead a small team of B2B account managers.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage up to six account managers delivering growth through expanding the number of B2B Sellers and growing adoption of B2B features
· Provide insights and advice on how Sellers can improve their Amazon Business marketplace sales
· Support the introduction of new Amazon Business products and services for Sellers, identifying improvements, providing Seller feedback and working closely with the relevant international Amazon product teams
· Develop and report on key performance indicators for your portfolio of Sellers, undertaking deep-dive analysis into root causes of performance

· 5-7 years of working experience in management consulting, product management or sales management
· Prior people management experience, managing smaller teams
· Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Business or Engineering field. Post-graduate education is recommended
· Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English + German/French/Italian/Spanish
· Passionate about online businesses, e-commerce and sales

· Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM tool
· Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
· Experience working with tax, legal, product, and internal business owners
· Knowledge of SQL
· Experience building relationships and driving growth with existing customers/partners/B2B
