Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Onboarding Specialist to be part of the Direct Fulfillment team at Amazon Bratislava.

Direct Fulfillment (often called Drop-ship) supports the fulfillment of customer orders directly from vendors’ facilities instead of the Amazon Fulfillment Center.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping high-potential vendors integrate onto Amazon’s Direct Fulfillment platform
- Manage integrations starting from early interactions with vendors to successful launch on the platform and work with vendors to determine the best integration approach.
- This is primarily a Supply Chain Operations / Transportation role but additionally you will interface with other internal technical and business teams, and contribute to new platform feature developments and improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Language skills: Fluent English and French language skills
· Excellent business writing and speaking skills, and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance.
· Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
· Demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders and be impactful even in difficult situations
· Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures efficiently.
· Confident in using Microsoft Package (especially Excel);
