Job description, responsibilities and duties
Amazon is looking for Account Manager to help Vendors to be successful on Amazon. You will be removing blockers where necessary in order to deliver the best possible customer experience and ensure people can find and discover anything they want to buy online.
Responsibilities
• Daily contact with vendors to introduce services which lead to improvement of the Vendor’s business with Amazon
• Manage large portfolio of vendors across European region
• Work closely with management and business owners to improve efficiency and accuracy of our processes
• Improve Vendor experience by diving deep into their issues and finding effective solutions
