Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our multicultural Payroll Quality Assurance (PQA) team is looking for a professional with a financial background, analytical thinking and an eye for detail. About you
You must be responsive, proactive, and flexible; be able to earn and develop the trust of others to challenge and initiate innovative process improvements. The ideal candidate will have auditing and problem solving skills as well as payroll process and payroll system knowledge. As a member of the PQA team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with new and existing SOPs · Maintain the SharePoint and archive documents
· Quarterly SOX testing activities
· Collection of audit evidence
· Follow-up on performance of improvement projects
· Sample testing of various payroll controls
· Annual review of policies including initiating required updates and request approvals
· Conduct research and analyze the results to suggest improvement activities
· Cooperate with HR/HRS/Accounting/Mobility on different projects

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

· BS/BA degree accounting/finance, or related field
· 2+ years of relevant finance/payroll experience

· Strong analytical and solving problems skills, proactive with attention to detail and excellent customer service, working well under pressure and quick learner.
· Proactive behavior, sense for innovation, experience with improvement or transition projects
· Experience with processing and validating the payroll
· A strong desire to exceed expectations and strong interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and oral communication skills
· Controllership background would be an advantage
