About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily oversight and processing of documentation delivered to the Bratislava accounting centre. The documents processed all relate to the financial side of the business and include invoices, credit notes, statements etc. and were written in a number of different languages (English, Spanish, German, French and Italian).

The daily activities would include:
· Opening, sorting and scanning the EU documents into the repository (Laserfiche) in a timely and quality manner
· Oversight of the paper archiving process - Storage management (EU perspective) – there is a need to store some countries financial documents for future use (i.e. Audit requirements)
· Production and circulation of EU daily metrics for the management team showing the current volumes of incoming, scanned and rescanned documents
· Inquiry Resolution – resolution of internal queries regarding documents received, scanned or stored
· Deliver improvements to EU document management process

· Must be fluent in English
· A desire to take responsibility and ownership for Document Management project from day one
· Have a strong work ethic
· Have a keen eye for detail
· Be very self-motivated and flexible in your working approach
· A drive for continuous learning and self-development
· To be comfortable working alone/in a team
· Have a working knowledge of MS Office products
