Finance Operations Team in Bratislava is the frontline of Amazons European financial operations for invoicing, vendors query resolution, cash collection, process improvement and salaries management. The most important part of their job is the contact with our Vendors, Internal & External customers and our Employees, so we see them often on phone or emails.

Finance Operations in Slovakia includes these departments:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll

The main responsibility of our Accounts Payable Team is to efficiently manage and resolve payment related queries and issues, through pro-active cooperation with Amazon’s vendors and internal teams in order to assure in-time and accurate payments towards our vendors. On the other hand Accounts Receivable Team handles mainly cash collection operations and managing financial disputes. Payroll is responsible for processing salaries of our employees from around Europe.

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

French - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Advanced (C1) or Italian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills
