After training, your responsibility will be to handle payment related queries from Amazon’ Vendors. Key job responsibilities
- Independently engage and collect on a portfolio of accounts with open Account Receivables balance positions for German-speaking vendors
- Drive escalations when necessary to ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with supporting teams around the world to ensure efficient and effective collections
- Perform account reconciliations for assigned portfolio of accounts
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management
- Identify process or procedure improvements and submit recommendations to management
- Manage small to medium-sized projects related to collections or process improvements
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
A day in the life
As a Finance Account Receivable Analyst, you will monitor accounts to identify the debit- balance situation.
Analysts find and contact vendors (directly via phone and email) to arrange debt payoffs, resolve invoice
issues, drive in-depth analyses & financial reconciliation in cooperation with multiple teams. The team
keeps accurate records, reports on collection activities and drive monthly targets. There is space for
diving deep into our processes and tools to find efficient and sustainable solutions. Working day includes
managing programs or projects, on your own or with stakeholders, to ultimately improve our business
outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Fluent German and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process or procedure improvements
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to changing environments

The minimum gross base pay salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.
Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher base salary, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
