Amazon Business Specialist with German

DESCRIPTION

Amazon Business Catalog Taxonomy Operations team is focused on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. The team ensures that our selection is classified for AB customers to perform business specific functions such as approval routing, spend analysis, create procurement policies for compliance, and do forecasting and reporting.

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1200 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements.

We offer the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week, with 3 days in the office.

Key job responsibilities
• assign global classifications to Amazon catalog selection for business customers
• use internal tools and resources to manage the workload
• troubleshoot reported issues that are caused by miss-classifications
• should actively contribute to process improvement initiatives
• follow given guidelines and be able to make decisions in ambiguous situations
• pay attention to details and actively bring attention to gaps and errors
• consistently meet performance goals and targets

About the team
• we are multicultural, Catalog Taxonomy team
• we interact daily within the teammates and also with global CT team (US, JP)
• the team's vision is to have the product catalog perfectly classified for our AB customers
• we classify millions of items daily for 5 EU marketplaces + India

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Bratislava, SVK

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• English (B2) and German (B2) with focus on reading and comprehension
• proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on basic Excel competencies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ability to follow given guidelines and make decisions in ambiguous situations
• previous experience in taxonomies is a plus
