Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- All desk-side support activities, including but not limited to:
· Troubleshooting the incidents on user hardware such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iPhones and iPads), printers, etc.
· Installation of additional software applications.
· Add and remove printers.
· Provide necessary support for remote users.
· Users support for WiFi service.
· Basic network support.

- Build and deliver user's hardware.
· Image, and re-image new and existing user hardware such as laptops, desktops, and Citrix terminals.
· Configure and set up user mobile devices, and organize the delivery of these devices along with the associated support documentation and training.
· Printers setup and support.
· Recovery of user hardware as part of the off-boarding process.

- Video conferencing.
· General administration and maintenance of video conferencing equipment.
· Regular monitoring and physical checks.

- Asset management.
· Ensuring the asset management system, keeping it up to date with the deployment of user hardware, including.
· Receipt of new equipment and applying the asset tags.
· Asset registration into the asset management system.
· Asset lifecycle support and administration.

- Office moves.
· Provide necessary support for desk moves, relocations, and reorganizations.

- Project support.
· Support the delivery of various Infrastructure and business projects in the context of end-of-user equipment.
