Join us at the start of an exciting journey in Slovakia. We’re launching a new team and setting up our operations from the ground up — an opportunity for you to leave your mark on how we work, collaborate, and grow.
You will step into a high-impact, customer-facing role within one of the most innovative segments of digital dentistry. As a Product Specialist Central & Eastern Europe, you will support the adoption of our CAD/CAM and implant solutions across the region through hands-on training, demonstrations, and technical expertise.
- Deliver exceptional demonstrations, trainings, installations, and after-sales support for our CAD/CAM and implant solutions
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and high satisfaction levels
- Provide hands-on training to internal technical teams to ensure a competent and effective workforce
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, webinars, product workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on dental CAD/CAM workflows and competitive systems, supporting customers via phone, email, and remote-access tools
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing during trade shows, customer events, and product launches to showcase our technologies
- Travel frequently within the CEE region to customer sites, trade shows, and headquarters

Personality requirements and skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical or application-focused role involving dental CAD/CAM technologies
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in a technical training environment
- Hands-on experience with variety of dental implant systems and manufacturers
- Strong CAD/CAM technical knowledge is mandatory
- Experience with and working knowledge of competitive CAD/CAM systems available on the market
- In-depth understanding of dental laboratory workflows and processes
- Ability to support customers via computer and telephone, including troubleshooting technical and workflow-related issues associated with CAD/CAM technology through a support/helpdesk environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional CEE languages are considered an advantage
