Technical Pilot

In a vehicle project, the mission of the Technical Leader, operatively attached to the Vehicle Technical Manager, is :

• Animate, as a RTV deputy, the Technical Synthesis
• Animate the creation and officialization of connection
• Prepare and animate the Change Management meeting to master evolution and accelerate the process
• Contribute to the quality convergence by synchronizing the part update with the project planning.
• Animate the Product/Process convergence (mainly for Welding, Painting and Assembly) as a RTV deputy
• Animate the vehicle rework during the project

Industrial Phase
• Change Management o He prepare and manage the Change Management meeting:
o He animate the multi-site coordination by sharing with the dedicated sites the product & process modification engaged.
o In case of a program, the Change Management could be centralized to a Program Technical Leader.
o He prepares and manages the Change Management (meeting agenda, lead, mom, follow-up)
o He leads the coordination for the different plants by sharing with the dedicated process and plant team the engaged product & process modification (or with one plant if there’s only one)

• Quality convergence reactivity He participate to TMC windows organization on main topics.
• Product & Process convergence Contribute to the main defect on Painting, Welding and Assembly. And he guaranty the follow up and the associate planning
• He manages the list of vehicles and evolutions to update, he coordinates the activity with the workshops.
o The used vehicle (X2 cars and after) are updated by a dedicated R&D retrofit workshop.
o The unused vehicle are updated (from batch method to Commercial launching) by a dedicated retrofit workshop within the production plant.
