Welded Subsystem Pilot (P2FP Pilote Sous Ensemble Ferré)

The mission of the Welded Subsystem Pilot (P2FP) is to ensure the technical management (in support of the PSA Purchasing
Department) of the assembler, according to the objectives of Quality, Costs, Deadlines of the project for the development and
industrialization of assembled parts.
The P2FP mission is relative to the OUTPLANT perimeter.
Missions and activities of the RFE :
Ensure the technical management of the Assembler, according to the objectives Quality, Costs, Deadlines, of the
project.
Technical Assistance and Financial Assistance on Investments and estimation of Production Costs (PRF) for the
Purchasing Department (DA)
Ensure that delivery of pre-production parts are made in accordance with the project schedule and in respect with
the quality standards.
Establish a « counter-quotation » and a technical notice for modifications to be engaged by the Assembler.
Make a stand during the monthly meeting DA (Purchasing Department)-Supplier.
Participate in drafting experience feedback and define progress actions with DA.

Competencies in business management
Know how to read and interpret a tolerancing.
Know how to read and interpret control reports and their results.
Know how to evaluate the costs of all types of tool modifications.
Common use of CATIA V5 (and Catia V6) in surface and solid domain.
Knowledge of Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
Fluent in French or in English

Senior technician with a background in Body design, Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in welding/assembling process and “Conducting Business".
