Altamira, a Ukrainian-Slovak-based IT outsourcing and outstaffing company, seeks a Senior Digital Business Development Manager to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital business strategies for IT outsourcing and outstaffing companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital business development strategies that align with Altamira's business objectives and growth plans.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of digital business development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital business development, preferably within an IT outsourcing or outstaffing company.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in the outsourcing and outstaffing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience managing client relationships and closing new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - is a plus.
