Strong Middle IT Project manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage our projects! We seek energetic, responsible, aware of the latest tech trends, and easy-going specialists. We offer a full-time contract with the ability to work remotely or at our new office workspace located in Bratislava (Slovakia).

You can join our team despite the location and time zone as we also provide flexible working hours where you can independently distribute your time.


You are the best candidate if You have:
— Experience in leading project/team (3+ years);
— Capable of managing big projects ( 10+ team members ) or several medium projects simultaneously
— Skilled and willing to work with distributed teams;
— Experienced in building a successful partnership with a customer and spy on opportunities;
— Practical experience with Agile Scrum (2+ years);
— Supporting the team in establishing project processes, suggesting approaches, tools, and methods for effective and efficient performance;
— Proficient in people development, ensuring staff has appropriate qualifications and knowledge to meet objectives;
— Skilled in conflict mitigation and resolution;
— Willing and eager to learn;
— Showing strong self-organizing abilities;
— Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level;
— Experienced in fixed price projects;
— Experience in mentoring other PMs will be a plus.
