Sales representative CZ/SK | Plastic packaging solutions

We are looking for an experienced and communicative Sales representative CZ/SK to be a part of our team.

What you will enjoy doing:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success.
• Developing a thorough understanding of clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
• Generate new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks.
• Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner, as well as negotiate contracts of products and services with the client.
• Set and track down sale account targets that are aligned with the company’s objectives
• Suggest suitable actions that can help improve sales performance and identify opportunities to grow.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

What makes you great:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or a similar role in an industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales or any related field.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of sales performance metrics
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as excellent in active listening.
• Business acumen with problem-solving skills. Goal oriented.
• Understanding of MS Office. Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
• Native Czech or Slovakian - second language: English on good communication level is required.
