Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for a dynamic and forward thinking individual intent on developing and managing our marketing strategy, focused on growing an already successful marketing strategy through development of the established team, digital transformation and aligning internal teams and the ecosystem of third-party partners (creative, media, digital, data partners and technology vendors).
• Developing and executing the marketing strategy with focus on new customer acquisition and lead creation in line with company objectives.
• Co-ordinating online & offline marketing campaigns.
• Overall responsibility for brand management, PR and corporate identity.
• Manage, grow and develop the Marketing team.
• Leading the organization’s push toward true customer-centricity.
• Storytelling through content across digital channels. Accurate personalization across all consumer touch points.
• Ensuring the company communicates clearly and effectively across all platforms.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and company brand and corporate identity guidelines.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Planning and implementing events, incl. promotions, roadshows, fairs, partner-training days etc.
• Manage relationships with and coordinate work of external partners, e.g. agencies
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of all marketing measures.
• Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure are kept informed of marketing objectives as well as actual measures.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
• Engage customers on Social Media.

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong marketing experience approximately 5 years track record with commercial responsibility for a B2B and B2C data driven strategies.
• Proven experience in using and managing of digital marketing channels (DTC) and branded content.
• Strong strategic, analytical and project management skills.
• 10 years’ experience in a field of Marketing in an international environment, minimum 5 years in a management position .
• Charismatic, team worker, passionate and driven personality with excellent presentation skills.
• Self-starter who needs minimal supervision .
• Positive spirit with global perspective and strategic mindset.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals at all levels in an organization .
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication and networking skill.
