Power Platform Administrator / Application Administrator

We are looking for a Power Platform Administrator / Application Administrator to support and continuously improve our OneCRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

In this role, you will help ensure that our CRM and connected business applications are stable, secure, well-managed, and easy for users to work with. You will work closely with internal business users, IT teams, vendors, and integration partners to support efficient sales processes and reliable system operations.

What will you do?

• Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and connected applications
• Administer Power Platform components, including Power Automate flows, environments, and connections
• Support governance of D365 environments
• Monitor system performance, data quality, integrations, capacity, and flow errors
• Manage user access, security roles, licenses, and compliance requirements
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and basic training
• Coordinate testing, deployments, and production changes
• Work with IT, infrastructure teams, vendors, and partners on integrations, APIs, certificates, and connectivity
• Follow new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and suggest improvements

What are we looking for?

• Experience with Dynamics 365 administration and configuration
• Experience with Power Platform administration and configuration
• Understanding of workflows, forms, system customization, and business applications
• Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, certificates, and connected systems
• Good troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Ability to support users and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work

Who will you work with?

You will be part of our Internal Solutions area and collaborate with solution specialists, engineers, IT and infrastructure teams, regional business users, vendors, and integration partners.
