Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Is able to perform every task within the Controlling Process;
- Is customer oriented, works autonomous within the financial team
resolves issues proactively and continuously seeks for improvement potentials;
- Participates in all phases of IT Projects performing planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting activities in close cooperation with IT Project Managers under CFO reporting line;
- Has experience in using SAP controlling modul (FI,CO) and provides sound accounting knowledge;

Main responsibilities:
- Participating in IT project performing planning and controlling activities;
- Cash-flow and P&L monitoring;
- Planning, monitoring and reporting IT projects related cost, following effectiveness, providing warning signals, identifying gaps and generates reports;
- Provide general controls above IT projects;
- Strongly cooperate with IT project Managers in all project phases
- Support reconciliation activities;
- Maintain controlling master data;
- Solves internal customer issues;
- Ability to take decision and be responsible for it.

- Experence with controlling in IT project area is a must;
- IFRS knowledge advantage;
- Functional knowledge of the accounting and closing processes;
- Analytical skills;
- Team player;
- Highly organized;
- Ability to meet strict deadlines;
- Flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks;
- Language skills: English written and spoken
