Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Administrative work (phoning, scanning, tying and copying documents, leadership agenda, etc.).
- The registration, separation, distribution of incoming and outcoming post
- Organization of post distribution to external customers (by post, by courier)
- Coordination of the use of meeting rooms (reservations, food preparation, engagement techniques, cleaning after meetings)
- Recruitment and coordination of external visits
- Hotel reservations, taxi and flight tickets ordering
- Cooperation with the HR department in the organization of external / internal trainings
