Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Fulfilment of the invoice processing tasks
- Verification of the formal compliance of incoming invoices
- Scanning and storing invoices and other documents
- Registering invoices into workflow system
- Invoice preparations for ERP system upload
Supporting the administration tasks in the Business Travel process
- Checking invoices and verification with credit card statements,
- communication with employees
Other accounting tasks
- Vendor Master Data management (communication with central team, collecting supporting documentation)
- Handling inter company invoices
