Compliance Officer

Compliance in Allianz Technology operates as a highly integrated function spanning over all local presences of Allianz Technology globally, including Slovakia an Czech Republic. The local Compliance Officer is responsible for the local implementation and oversight of Allianz Technology SE Compliance programs. Additionally, the Compliance Officer closely collaborates with other second line of defense functions, in particular Risk Management. Compliance is organized in a regional model (Europe, India, APAC, North America and growing into other regions) to ensure proximity to its customers and to support the business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the rollout and implementation of the Allianz Technology Group Compliance Management System in your area of responsibility.
2. Compliance Risk Identification and Assessment
3. Monitoring of Compliance with External Requirements, including early warning (Legal Change Monitoring and Legal Change Implementation Oversight)
5. Establish and implement an annual Compliance Plan
6. Monitoring and Maintenance of Compliance Principles and Procedures
7. Providing Compliance Training and Communication
8. Compliance Investigations and Incident Handling
9. Reporting to Central Compliance and Local Management
10. Support Compliance Reviews and conduct local spot checks and control testing
11. Support/lead global Compliance projects/initiatives as the case may be
12. Act as local point of contact for customers and staff on all Compliance topics
