About the Job

The role of the People Operations Manager entails executing HR strategies to align with business needs and ensure adherence to laws and company requirements. Key responsibilities include being a strategic advisor to the business on HR-related topics as well as overseeing and managing HR operations and processes along the HR value chain.

What you do

Implement HR strategy supporting business needs, policies and procedures in line with legislation and company requirements, aligned with regional/global blueprint. Advising and coaching the business in all HR-related matters along the HR value chain.
Propose, create, and update HR policies, standards and initiatives.
Ensure seamless HR operations activity, including supervising payroll related tasks (regulatory compliance, reporting to authorities, coordination of external payroll vendor and sign-off)
Identify requirements for placements and managing recruitment process.
Support managers in training, talent management, professional and career development of employees.
Propose, analyzing, and evaluating current and new positions and facilitating compensation adjustments.
Ensure internal equity by implementing a great compensation package and benefits program.
Supervise training and activities linked to labour relationships, performing trainings related to onboarding and company environment.
Analyze training needs and ensure both in-house training, the sourcing and organization of external training providers for the business units.
Participate in creating positive and trustful relationships with third parties.
Support organizational change processes and organization of company events.
Ensure the update and proper usage of the HRIS, supporting implementation of different HR systems adjustments or tools.
Monitor employee satisfaction and provide feedback to management.

Self-driven attitude and willingness to take initiative
