Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Manage the relationship with customers as central point of contact, including pre- and post-sales support and you are responsible for the demand management of Allianz Technology products, services or project packages
• Drive the translation of customer requirements into actions for the delivery of products and align the financial account plan and ensure revision and tracking of the account plan
• Facilitate issue resolution in projects & services and coordinate internal resources
• Support the invoicing, cash and contractual topics, own the customers' profit and loss statement and drive the monitoring of quantitative and qualitative delivery targets regarding progress, time and quality

We are looking for a new colleague who will be in Account Manager role within the CEE region. Please note that the position is advertised in CEE countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria) therefore the location depends on where the successful applicant will be hired.

• Knowledge of the existing process landscape, standards and organization as well as solid understanding of products and services

• Moderation and presentation techniques to various levels
• Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant work experience in key account management, sales or other client-facing disciplines, experience in an international working environment would be desirable
