Key Responsibilities
• Design new (digital) learning solutions and run learning initiatives end2end
• Develop initiatives to bring a culture of digital and IT Tech learning to life and evolve the (digital) learning portfolio of Learning4Technology
• Design, run and continuously improve development programs
• Be a key point of contact for colleagues from the various functions
• Support the training administration and logistics process: training organization, correspondence with various stakeholders, conducting reports and evaluations

• 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in design of learning & development initiatives ideally in the IT Tech industry
• Passion for learning and IT Tech culture
• Independent and self-driven working style
• Proactive and curious approach to new topics
• Absolut team player and strong collaboration skills
• Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing
• Good data analytical skills
• Strong competence of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good communication skills
• Hands on approach with a global mindset
• 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in design of learning & development initiatives ideally in the IT Tech industry
