Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Maintaining calendar and meeting schedules
- Communication and support for managers and team members
- Document Management
- Tracking incoming and outgoing mail
- Travel Management (hotel, tickets, reservation etc.)
- Schedule internal/external meetings, trainings and visits
- Answering calls, reply to correspondence
- Manage visitors temporary access card
- Organizing events (sport activities, family day, health day,...)
- Monitoring, reporting and communication of emergency, security and facility issues
- Ensuring the kitchen and first aid supplementation
- Provides refreshment services for meetings
- HR administration
- Ad hoc tasks
- 20 hours per week
