Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• executing tasks related to CoA Master Data for BG,CZ,HR,HU,PL,RO,SI,SK,RU
• maintaining local Chart of accounts for the relevant CEEMA Operating Entities
• assigning G/L accounts to appropriate FI sets/substitution tables
• applying accounting rules/posting schemas in compliance with Allianz Group requirements
• creating/maintaining management dimensions in FI/COPA
• solving queries related to accounting errors in SAP
• ensuring that the GROUP/IFRS/GAAP principles are adhered to at all times
• compiling/updating an accounting manual according to actual FPM
• activating GRP templates related to AZNE chart of accounts
• monitoring GRP tables/sets
• maintaining group reporting data according to CIM database
• update of CRE tool (Master Data Tool)
• liaising with OE contacts in regards to account queries/account settings
• implementation of Allianz Group CoA changes yearly
Cost accounting
• Main contact for cost accounting reporting, updating the hierarchy and solving all problems related to CA
• Supporting OEs with CO closing operations
• Allocation structure maintenance
