Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Involved in project from blueprint to go-live and further in daily operations
- Support users in troubleshooting, identify and solve problems and incidents, technical research on configuration problems and functional issues in SAP Basis (both stacks) component, database and/or operation system level
- Install, configure and upgrade SAP systems (both stacks) on a UNIX and Linux platform
- Management of administration, configuration of SAP Enterprise Portal
- Provide day to day operations support, project support and on-call support (on a rotational basis)
- Preparing and maintaining system documentation
- Solve additional tasks assigned by the supervisor and being in the scope of company services
- Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring and coaching on complex matters related to assigned area

- SAP BASIS experience at least 2 years
- ABAP/JAVA experience is advantage
- Willingness to take initiative outside area of personal expertise
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Language skills: intermediate written and spoken English
- Any other East European languages (Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Russian and Slovak) are welcome
