Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new friendly & enthusiastic person with a ton of motivation & adaptable nature, who will provide a first class service to our team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Greeting visitors
- Answering calls and handling email queries
- Provide administration support to the wider team where required
- Travel arrangements and related administration, e.g. organization of visa, booking of hotels and flights, car rental, travel expenses reports
- Management of Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Management of cleaning service
- Organizing and ordering of office equipment
- Controlling of the company's premises and removing minor deficiencies (Reception, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms)
- Manage fleet cars (booking, overnight approvals, administration, key management, costs...)
- Supporting in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required from the manager

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum base salary from 900,- EUR gross per month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
