Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for a new full-time colleague to strengthen our reception team. This position is opening as a cover during maternity leave but our cooperation does not necessarily have to end there.
Client Services Assistant provides so-called front of house administrative support; is usually the first contact when communicating with external clients and other companies.

As a Client Services Assistant (receptionist) at Allen & Overy Bratislava you will be required to:

- welcome all our visitors and clients and direct them appropriately,
- notify company personnel of visitor arrival,
- offer the visitors and clients some refreshment,
- answer all enquiries in person, by phone and via email as required, in both Slovak and English,
- provide or send out required information,
- communicate with external and internal clients and suppliers in both Slovak and English,
- deal with mail, couriers, notaries, taxi service providers,
- maintain safe, clean and functional reception area and meeting rooms by complying with procedures and rules,
- maintain continuity of work by documenting and communicating all details, actions, irregularities, and continuing needs,
- actively contribute to team effort and team cooperation by accomplishing related results as needed,
- cooperate with our other support departments such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, personal assistants.

There will be one, possible two rounds of interviews in both Slovak and English language.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
