Job Description

* Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases; managing filing systems;
* Invoicing
* Research venues, suppliers and negotiate terms and prices in accordance with budget constraints
*Manage and coordinate all event's details such as seating, catering, rooms, equipment, guest list
* Preparing conference materials(folders, USB keys, etc.)
* Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
* Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
* Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
* Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
* Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
* Attending conferences, traveling

* Knowledge of office procedures and methods including communications, office systems, and record keeping.
* Knowledge of business communication, including styles and formats of letters, memoranda, and reports.
* Must have great computer skill, Microsoft office etc.
* Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
* Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately and completely.
* Must be able to maintain strictest confidence.
