Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced International Project Manager to act as the key link between our production, research and development (R&D), and quality assurance teams. In this dynamic role, you will oversee cross-functional projects and ensure smooth communication across departments to deliver high-quality plant-based products to market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cross-Departmental Coordination: As the bridge between production, R&D, and quality teams, you’ll manage communication, alignment, and project priorities across these areas to ensure project success.

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept through to execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Production Process Optimization: Work closely with the R&D team to translate innovative product concepts into scalable manufacturing processes. You’ll guide testing and implementation phases, ensuring feasibility and production readiness.

• On-Site Problem Solving: As part of your role, you’ll frequently travel to production sites across the DACH region and Eastern Europe to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project specifications.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement across departments, and drive initiatives to enhance process efficiency, communication, and collaboration.

• Support for New Product Launches: Play a key role in launching new plant-based products, coordinating testing phases and production adjustments, and ensuring successful market introduction.
