Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced International Project Manager to act as the key link between our production, research and development (R&D), and quality assurance teams. In this dynamic role, you will oversee cross-functional projects and ensure smooth communication across departments to deliver high-quality plant-based products to market.
Key responsibilities include:
Cross-Departmental Coordination: As the bridge between production, R&D, and quality teams, you’ll manage communication, alignment, and project priorities across these areas to ensure project success.
End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept through to execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Production Process Optimization: Work closely with the R&D team to translate innovative product concepts into scalable manufacturing processes. You’ll guide testing and implementation phases, ensuring feasibility and production readiness.
On-Site Problem Solving: As part of your role, you’ll frequently travel to production sites across the DACH region and Eastern Europe to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement across departments, and drive initiatives to enhance process efficiency, communication, and collaboration.
Support for New Product Launches: Play a key role in launching new plant-based products, coordinating testing phases and production adjustments, and ensuring successful market introduction.
