Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Junior Application Administrator you will be entrusted with operational oversight of the company's information systems. You will be responsible for the development of scripts, APIs, and macros that are necessary for the automation and digitization of processes, ensuring that the systems run efficiently and effectively.
Analyzing and troubleshooting operational issues as they arise is another critical aspect of the job, requiring a proactive and solution-oriented approach to maintain system integrity and user satisfaction.
- managing modules of the company information system and other applications
- creation of program modifications in the form of scripts, APIs, macros necessary for automation and digitization
- help in creating processes and their settings
- participation in the innovation of SW and HW technologies
- active cooperation with internal users
- support users with work in applications
- creation and updating of technical documentation.
- training and consultation for users
- analyzing and troubleshooting operational issues
