Job description, responsibilities and duties
We started seach to empower our Lunter team with Finance Business Partner Leader. He / She will ensure that thanks to his/her team efforts all functions and departments of the company (his business partners) fulfil their finance related and budgeting related tasks as easy and as productive as possible.
He/She secures this task mainly by ensuring that his/her team for/with their non-finance business partners co-creates more effective ways of working, eliminates nice to have tasks/activities including taking over of doing some tasks by his/her team.
Position is suitable for a candidate who (after successfully accomplishing this role) desires to become a finance director of a medium private company. For that reason the candidate for this position has experience and proven skills in all key finance areas (accounting, budgeting, legal compliance, using and improving systems etc.)
In this role you report directly to the Director Finance.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Provide Finance Business partnership and collaboration to Organization in all finance related matters and support them in realizing their objectives.
• Lead and coordinate the budget, estimate processes with the team
• Drive the financial planning process,
• Manage a team of Business Partners
• Identify relevant measures and drive accountability for on-going performance against business and strategic objectives by preparing for and help leading regular business review processes.
• Responsible for the financial translation of business issues and developments
• Understanding the business and initiate opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate investment requests and business contracts and provide Management advice
