As an Advanced Technology and Cataract Procedure Manager you will be supporting the surgery team, you will be trusted to work on Alcon's surgical division. There is one open position for Central part/ Northern part of Slovakia (Prievidza, Banska Bystrica, Martin with radius cca 150 km) and another one for Western part/ South part of Slovakia (Bratislava, Trnava with radius cca 150 km).

In this role, a typical day will include:

Analyzing, developing, and implementation of marketing and sales strategies and tactics based on industry trends and opportunities leading to performance results.

Developing and implementing differentiated and high-value services in the territory that promotes.

Reinforce the image of Alcon as the industry leader in the surgical ophthalmology care.

Creating good cooperation with ophthalmologists and key stakeholders.

Achieving sales objectives.

Ensuring that all implemented activities and services comply with Alcon´s guidelines, compliance and local guidelines.
