Auditor

Join our organization as full-time member of the Compliance Monitoring team. We are actively seeking a professional who is committed to upholding regulatory standards and ensuring the integrity of our Compliance Monitoring System.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute audits and inspections, integral to our ongoing Compliance Monitoring System (Internal and external audits for AOC, CAMO, Part-145 Organisations)
• Take charge of the complete performance of audits or inspections, ensuring alignment with our quality assurance / compliance monitoring program
• Responsibility for the identification of any non-compliance, for its proper documentation and for the passing on information to the employees responsible for performing the corrective action(s)
• Identify and record, and substantiate concerns or findings, providing compelling evidence for comprehensive understanding.
• Oversee the monitoring and verification of the efficiency of implemented corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with the Compliance Monitoring Manager, actively participating in activities essential for the compliance department's effective performance.
• Be prepared to take on additional duties and tasks, as assigned by the Compliance Monitoring Manager, showcasing adaptability and commitment.
• You will work with our electronic database to ensure the effective management of information and data associated with audits conducted under the quality assurance / compliance monitoring program.

Qualifications and skills:
• Proven experience in compliance monitoring or related field (A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Compliance Monitoring department and a minimum of 1 year actively conducting audits)
• English language on advanced level (daily work with documentations in English)
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards is needed.
• Experience in working for an Airline, Airport, Civil Aviation Authorities or Handling and Cargo companies is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work in team as well as independently.
• Ability to travel around the world (lot of exotic countries too)
