Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a self motivated, personable, and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our team. The candidate has option to join full time or negotiable via trade license.
If you are ideal for this role, you are able to work through Channel Partners as well as support Direct Deals. As we are a startup, you will excel at both finding new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients. You will be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer and partner base. You will ideally have experience in the IT Industry or with Value Added Resellers or with Internet Service Providers.
We are expecting you to already have skills and experience in sales and in customer service with strengths in being self-driven and result oriented.
Sales Account Executive responsibilities:
-Create detailed sales business plans
-Achieve goals and quotas in defined period
-Self-generates new partners by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events
-Designs, develops, and delivers sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
-Working with lead generation to utilize partners to fulfill leads
-Identify new partners and new sales opportunities
-Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships
-Drive up-sell and cross-sell activities across the portfolio
-Provide customer support when needed
-Learn new product and services features and benefits
-Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
