IT Project Manager - Mobile applications

Project Manager will be working closely with AFS RE Consulting team and will serve as a bridge between the client (Internal and external) requirements and the multiple areas within the global organization involved on the delivery cycle. Secure process flow of the projects under his/her responsibility and delivery within quality according to the AFS standards. Follow up, document and agree with responsible of the Timeline, Roadmap, Schedule, Budget and tasks accordingly. He/she needs to be able to understand the actual situation and needs of the Customer, needs to have strong communication and negotiation skills when working with the Customers and must have strong time management skills. Applicant also needs to be very self-managed and to work well in multi-cultural environment.
· Ensure timely delivery of assigned Projects
· Regularly communicate with Project Stakeholders
· Ensure Customer satisfaction and Project success
· Regularly maintain and track the Project progress in designated tools
· Assign Project tasks to the Project team, while ensuring timely fulfillment
· Resolve Challenges and Risks related to assigned Projects
· Handle internal and external escalations
· Prepare Implementation Forecasts
· Report Time spent and Progress
· Work in international and multi-cultural team
