Job summary:
Responsible for complete operation of the office. The employee’s administrative tasks frequently include HR administration. Communicates with suppliers and administers company documents. Works with finance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reception, administration work, office management
• ISO quality management
• Petty cash maintain and responsibility
• Settlement of business travel for employees
• Purchases orders approval process, received invoice recording
• Shipping and receiving (mail, packages)
• Teambuilding and events arrangement
• Managing attendance book to payroll processing
• Payroll data evidence
• New hire/leaving documentation work
• Communication with payroll outsourced company
• Recruitment assistance
