Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for candidate who will work as Support teamleader in our support team. Candidate should advise and guide account managers on phone calls with customers, that is why we prefer person who has excellent english communication skills, escalate and assign technical task to technical team members. Make sure that account reports are done on time ( by the 15th of the following month ) , train, mentor Level 1 support and Account Managers,
participate in leadership team meetings, discussions and decisions, must be able to participate in calls with clients to support Level 1 Support calls and Account Managers’ strategy calls.
The support teamleader will likely need to work from 09:00 to 17:30 on a regular basis.
