Description of the job:
Supporting the international team and company activities from Bratislava office, responsibility for the office space and administration, assistance with marketing and research of business jets/helicopters in the region, communication with the future and current clients and building relations with potential buyer and sellers of pre-owned business jets/helicopters.
Tasks:
Management of the office space, support, and organization of the meetings.
Managing internal company administration.
Creation of marketing materials and preparation of the campaigns for aircraft for sale.
Building connections with the aircraft owners and potential clients.
Supporting the sales team with needed information to accomplish the sales.
Administration and update of databases.
Researching all possible opportunities to create business opportunities.
