Junior Associate (Advokátsky koncipient)

Paul Q is growing and we are looking for new enthusiastic and motivated junior associates to join our strong team. Key responsibilities
- Analysing client legal issues focused on litigation, corporate and civil law, labour
law, intellectual property, administrative law (legal action) and competition;
- Representation of clients in proceedings;
- Preparation of legal statements;
- Legal research and analyses;
- Work with legal documents – commenting on and assessment;
- Preparation of contracts, legal counselling;
- Preparation of submissions to court, dispute agenda;
- Work as a responsible and proactive member of team.

We are looking for driven candidates with at least two years of working experience in law and experience from working or studying abroad. However, we will also consider other graduates with part-time work experience or experience from work or study stay abroad if they show their willingness and ability to learn, and we feel they would fit into our team.
