*Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
*Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
*Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
*Manufacturing & production lines SW development.
*Standardization, development of improvements and optimization proposals.
*Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
*Research and evaluate a variety of software products
*Develop, refine and tune integration with other systems (SAP, IBM Filenet, Target, Aktion etc.).
*Inclusion of customer requirements and implementation in technical concepts.
*Cooperation with internal and external service providers.
