Náplň práce

  • responsibility for the quality department
  • team management – managers of the individual parts
  • creating strategies and prioritizing quality
  • documentation approval, support for audits
  • securing the investments area and supervising budget compliance


  • higher education (pharmacy/chemistry)
  • knowledge of GMP and quality practice in the pharmaceutical company
  • management experience, leading a team and line managers
  • English language at advanced level, Czech language at native speaker level
  • active approach and ability to work under pressure


  • managerial position in the international pharmaceutical company
  • appropriate financial evaluation
