We have a vacancy in 3rd level support team. You will be focused primarily on network security meaning CISCO, ASA firewalls, Websense/Forcepoint, VPNs, Identity services and certificates. All teams on 2nd and 3rd level are closely cooperating and sitting very close to each other.
You will be focused on the following activities:
*Deployment and configuration.
*Change implementation.
*Incident management.
*Troubleshooting.
*Participation of projects with architects.
*Monitoring of infrastructure.
*Processing general requests from internal customers.

*Ability to lead the meetings and discussions with management and technical teams.
*Ability to lead small projects or participate on big projects.
*Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
*Highly motivated to achieve set goals.
