Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an independent and responsible candidate with senior experience in recruitment and with the ability to lead and develop a small team of recruiters placed in different parts of the world.

The main responsibility of role:
*as Senior Recruiter you will execute/ participate in the recruitment of senior roles
*manage and develop a small team of recruiters (performance evaluation, coaching, work distribution/ assignment to projects)
* responsibility for global recruitment report with a focus on data accuracy, issue identification, and mitigation
* communication with external personnel agencies, preferred supplier contracting, and supplier performance evaluation
* regular presentations for key stakeholders and communication with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
* periodically assess recruitment process and constantly improve the recruitment effectiveness
* responsibility for recruitment effectiveness and compliance with legislation in different locations
*closely involved in different recruitment initiatives as employer branding, referrals, recruitment technology solutions, etc.
