Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a seasoned recruiter to find and attract the best talent on the market, build global talent pipelines, and be a reliable partner to our hiring managers.

The main responsibilities:
Working alongside our global team in a virtual environment, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle:
• Virtually meet with the hiring manager every time opens a new job requisition to discuss recruitment and sourcing strategy
• Attract and source candidates, pre-screen and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager
• Post/ unpost roles, schedule interviews, debrief calls, and any follow-ups
• Conduct reference and background checks
• Manage the job offer/ negotiation process
• Gather and analyze recruitment metrics by daily updates in the recruitment tracker and participate in the weekly/monthly reporting activities
• Occasionally liaise with and manage external recruitment partners

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

University Degree in HR related field, Psychology, Economics

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - advanced

Number of years of experience

min. 3 years of experience, preferably with international headhuning/hiring

Personality requirements and skills

* responsible and autonomous personality
* good communication skills
* English - B2 level is a must
* experience with Linkedin
