In the EMEA region, our Carbohydrate Solutions business converts corn and wheat into sweeteners, starches, proteins, flours and bakery ingredients for food, feed, paper-making, corrugated board, and building products.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Data Analytics in our Commercial team in EMEA.
The main role is to support the Business Analytics Manager and his financial analysis using the Pricing Engine with the data for our Carbohydrate Solutions Business.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of Carbohydrate Solutions EMEA business analytics capabilities
• Oversee the pricing analytics tools to enhance margins including Pareto distributions, discount strategies studies
• Develop logistic optimization tools for efficient pricing of logistics
• Develop production scheduling and inventory cost management with the aim to utilize the ADM assets efficiently
• Develop tools to improve product allocation at plants for maximizing margin thorough cost and capacity analysis

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics (Master’s or other advanced degree is a plus)
• 3-5 years’ experience working in data analytics, business intelligence, data infrastructure or equivalent
• Experience in Dimensional Warehousing and Data Modelling, ETL and SQL Language
• Experience with data visualization solutions such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with SAP modelling capabilities and BW front-end development
• High Level of proficiency in Excel (VBA, Solver add-in is a plus)
• Analytical skills and knowledge of optimization problems using linear and non-linear programming. Statistical modelling is a plus
• Very strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information to both IT and commercial teams
