Part – Time Student HR department

With approximately 77,000 employees in 32 countries, Adient operates 202 manufacturing/assembly plants worldwide, we produce and deliver automotive seating for all vehicle classes and all major OEMs. From complete seating systems to individual components, our expertise spans every step of the automotive seat-making process. Our integrated, in-house skills allow us to take our products from research and design all the way to engineering and manufacturing – and into more than 25 million cars every year.
At Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 2 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.
What will your responsibilities be?
• Internal HR systems and databases administration
• HR administration (preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, employee records)
• Preparing HR reports in Microsoft Excel
• Preparing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Meal Vouchers ordering
• Administration Benefits
• Communication with team leaders and employees
• Coordinating student and internship programs
• Supporting internal HR events and initiatives
• Assisting HR colleagues with daily operations
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
• University Student
• Upper- intermediate English skills
• Ability to work 20 hours/ week for a longer period (next coming school year)
• Detail oriented and responsible person with pro-active approach
• Good communication skills (written and spoken communication)
• Ability to work in team
