Part-Time Student RTR Travel and Expenses

Adient is a global leader in automotive seating. With approximately 77,000 employees in 32 countries, Adient operates 202 manufacturing/assembly plants worldwide, we produce and deliver automotive seating for all vehicle classes and all major OEMs. From complete seating systems to individual components, our expertise spans every step of the automotive seat-making process. Our integrated, in-house skills allow us to take our products from research and design all the way to engineering and manufacturing – and into more than 25 million cars every year.
At Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.
What will your responsibilities be?
• Providing support to team members in daily operational tasks
• Reviewing travel expense submissions for compliance with company policy, legal requirements, and country-specific rules
• Working in the Navan expense management system to view and approve selected types of transactions
• Assisting with digital workflows and ensuring timely processing of expense-related tasks
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
• University student with a focus on Finance or Accounting
• Solid command of English (minimum level B2)
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week over a longer period
• On-site work only (no remote option)
