What can you expect?

Execution of component / product design projects (electromotors and their sub-components) in accordance to PLUS and customer requirements. Support of Coaching of small development team in Trencin to increase their knowledge and experience. Development of seating and interior products according to PLUS phase 2-5.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Develop and validate 2D drawings and 3D models (CATIA-V4 and CATIA-V5) in accordance to customer specific requirements and Adient standards
• Ensure design to functionality and manufacturing feasibility
• Daily design progress validation together with internal customer
• Support at establishing and tracking of „Individual Development Plan“ of team members
• Execution of project open issue list
• Ensure product compliance to specification
• Execution of project planing by using Adient-Tools (e.g. Design Workorder Process
• Make sure that documents do not leave Release Engineering without the adequate checking tools
• Carry out product definitions including BOM according to PLUS
• Carry out product constructions, from cost and production point of view
• Time scheduling of different areas (control)
• Release drawings with approved CA and give them to the BU or CoC in order to be copied and distributed

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• Technician or Engineer in accordance to the specific „Centre of Competence“ requirement
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in Automotive / Electrotechnics Area (Execution of compl. projects / Experience as CAD Engineer is welcome
• Product knowledge, Quality Management, Project Management
• MS Office
• English - Fluent
